Los grupos de trabajo o mission que vienen a SWGSM llevan a cabo una amplia variedad de proyectos de apoyo en la comunidad que nos rodea. Tomando en cuenta los voluntarios y las destrezas de su grupo, les disponemos proyectos de reparación, pintura, y remodelación en las casas de personas con necesidad. Siempre es una experiencia grata y valiosa poder ofrecer una ayuda ante una necesidad. Muchos de los que han participado en los trabajos dan testimonio del gozo que su participación les ha dado. Sería un gusto para nosotros recibir a sus grupos de jóvenes, caballeros, or damas y proporcionarles una oportunidad de servir.
NECESIDADES URGENTES
Add two concrete pads 10x20ft separated by 20 ft. The pads are for individuals who have a RV to stay at Bayview while they are helping at SWGSM.
AC power and water line needs to be installed. Will get a quote for concrete slabs. The pipe are connected to a septic tank.
Exterior painting on buildings. The building sides will need to be cleaned before painting. To have all the building painted with the same color and finishes. Brian Fenwick will be sending the paint code to use to order.
Interior painting. (Dining hall, meeting hall with repair).
Two story metal building. Repair bathroom floor and paint. Replace fluorescent 2×4 lights with 2×4 led lights. Some ceiling tiles to be replaced. Stairs tiles need repair.
- Metal building bottom floor ceiling, Scrape down and paint. Also, replace with LED lighting.
- Run new AC conduit from braker box to room next to rice and beans room. Place new wall conduit in this room. Note extension cord in this picture.
Replace roof. If possible, with metal roofing. (Office, Compassion, Dorm 1 buildings)
Repair Office Eves and Fascia.
Repair bathroom 2nd floor metal building.
Repair Benches
Paint 53 ft trailer. Add interior vents.
Paint, repair water heater door. Replace electrical outlets.
Replace cover between kitchen and dining hall.
Ed building. Paint and repair interior. Replace 5 1×4 with led lights. Also, replace 5 pot light with LEDs.
